• We offer both project-based and retainer pricing options

• Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Upon termination, you will receive any completed deliverables for which payment has been made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Cutting Edge Analytics LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms
